01 / The brief
A network built around ability.
Showcode was a professional network built around developers: a place to demonstrate skills, connect with a community and become visible to companies looking for technical talent. Wilco supported its go-to-market activity, digital presence and work with major platform partners.
A talent platform has to earn the attention of two audiences. Developers need a compelling reason to participate; hiring organisations need a credible way to discover people with the skills they are looking for. Showcode’s proposition brought those interests together around demonstrated ability.
The guiding idea
Make talent visible. Give partners a reason to engage.
02 / Our contribution
01
Go-to-market support
Wilco supported Showcode’s go-to-market work, connecting the platform’s developer proposition with its opportunity for technology hiring organisations. In essence, the platform served as a LinkedIn for developers, with technical talent at the centre of the experience.
02
Working with the partner ecosystem
The engagement included work with major Showcode partners such as Lloyds Banking Group and BlackRock, alongside other companies seeking top technical talent through the platform. These relationships were part of the Showcode engagement.
03
A digital foundation for the proposition
The documented scope also included a Webflow website, digital marketing strategy and data and performance analytics. These disciplines supported how Showcode presented itself and approached its market; they are distinct from engineering the underlying developer platform.

03 / The engagement
A connected contribution.
The work connected go-to-market support, the public-facing website and partner-focused activity around Showcode’s developer community. No hiring totals, acquisition figures or partner revenue are claimed.
