Questions before we start
Can an AI assistant use our internal knowledge?
That can be considered after reviewing data access, permissions, source quality and the task. The project should define what the assistant can access and when it must defer to a person.
Do you build only chatbots?
No. A useful solution may be an assistant, a connected workflow, a classification step or an API integration. Discovery determines the form.
How do you handle unreliable outputs?
The scope should include representative evaluation cases, clear limitations and human review for consequential actions. We do not treat a convincing response as proof of correctness.
